Agent1c Android Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Agent1c Android (Hitomi) app.

1. Data We Process

• Authentication data (via Supabase OAuth): account identifier, provider, and basic profile fields (for example username/email).
• Chat data: messages you send to Hitomi and model responses.
• Diagnostics: limited error/status information needed to keep the app working.

2. Microphone and Overlay Permissions

• Microphone is used only for speech-to-text when you enable it.
• Overlay permission is used to show the floating Hitomi assistant on top of other apps.

3. Third-Party Services

The app uses these services to operate:

• Supabase authentication and backend functions
• xAI AI model responses through backend relay functions

4. How Data Is Used

• To sign you in and keep your session active
• To generate AI responses and provide app features
• To monitor reliability and troubleshoot failures

5. Data Sharing

Data is not sold. Data is shared only with required service providers listed above to operate the app.

6. Data Retention

Account/session and chat-related records may be retained as needed for product operation, abuse prevention, and service reliability.

7. Your Choices

• You can sign out of the app at any time.
• You can disable microphone and overlay usage by not granting, or by revoking, those permissions.
